Assos ASSOSOIRES Ultraz Winter Face Mask

Coverage was only a part of the equation when it came to designing a better face mask for extreme winter conditions. Multiple textiles, six panels, and countless revisions finally yielded the Ultraz Winter Face Mask, meeting our high standards for fit, comfort, and protection. The Ultraz comfortably contours to your head and neck with its pre-shaped panels, providing a clean fit under your helmet. With our double-layer twinDeck construction-made with our Push Pull exterior and Rhombus inside, the mask locks out the cold and creates a pocket of insulating air between the layers, while still remaining exceptionally breathable. An extra layer of protection has also been added to the front of the neck in the form of our flexible Winter Foam Light.

Technologies of the Assos ASSOSOIRES Ultraz Winter Face Mask:
The inner face provides soft, insulating warmth with our Rhombus material, a smooth jacquard whose geometrical construction traps body heat and promotes moisture management. The external fabric, Push Pull Medium, protects that insulation by banishing internal moisture, and Winter Foam Light adds the Ultraz touch by boosting insulation to wetsuit levels.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT:
Pre-shaped panels ensure a clean, sleek fit for layering under a helmet or even a helmet and an EQUIPE RS Rain Cap if the day requires a personal canopy against light precipitation.

ENGINEERING:
twinDeck: The same double-layer technology employed on our EQUIPE RS bib shorts and tights. Protects an internal, insulating layer with an additional layer of external fabric, trapping more warmth.
